Guided Meditation after a Bullsh*t Day

I enjoy meditating. It frees my mind and allows me to release resistance. Sometimes, though, I may be in a particularly pissy mood and can’t quite get into a meditative state.

I find that this particular guided meditation can get me there in seconds. Try it for yourself and see if it doesn’t help you, too, to let go of tension, allowing your stress to dissipate.
